2 ) Color unavailable:

We can custom make the dress in various colors as above. However we aren't excluded in some cases that some certain colors may be out of stock. Please understand that. We will contact you at once to change another color if the color you choose is out of stock in the fabric market.
Some times, the dress is made of different fabrics. This color chart is only for the satin material. We will match the same or similar color for the component materials either. However, some component materials such as organza, chiffon or lace appliqué may have not the same color or similar color as the satin material. Once this occurs, we will contact you at once to change another color.

4 ) Require color sample:

In order to offer the buyer better service and insure that you buy the perfect color dress , we can send the color sample to you after you bought and paid for the dress. If your time allows, we can free shipping the color sample by registered letter for your confirm. If you need it in urgent, we can send you the color sample by Express shipping but the shipping fees will be at your expense.
