How do I order?

You can order the dresses by two convenient ways: one is registered on eshopbuy.com. Orders can be placed on our website using our secure online order form which allows you to make your payment online. To be a registered member, you will enjoy more favorable discount and award activity.
The other is order the dress direct on the website without registered.

What is the size of the dress?

We make all size from size 4 to size 28.

Can I change the size of the dress?

Yes. We can custom made the dress according to the measurements you offer. Please email us the measurements according to the size table.

How do I measure the measurements?

We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional seamstress. Measurements should be taken in the undergarment you plan to wear with your bridal gown or bridesmaid dress. If you cannot get professional measurement, we strongly advise that you do not take the measurements yourself. Have someone help you and follow the guidelines below. Please note that Love dream bridals cannot be responsible for measurements taken outside of our shop. You are responsible for ordering the right size.

Can I change the color of the dress, the accent color or embroidery color?

Yes. We can make the dress for in a different color. However we recommend that you think it over before you make any change of styles or color. It may vary slightly from your imagination. There is a chance that your dress may be delayed due to the color change because we may not have that color in stock and will have to make a special order just for you. Please refer to our color swatch to look at the colors - please indicate what colors you want us to make your dress in. (Color Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will exactly match the color of the fabric because of different monitor's settings)

How long does it take to make the dress?

It generally takes 3-4 weeks to have the dress made after we received the payment and confirmation of the measurements. Please contact us first if you need it in urgent. We can rush make the dress for you if you do not mind to pay the rush order fees.

How long does it take to arrive?

Generally speaking the entire process from the next business day when we process the order to the time you receive the package takes about a month. We will ship the item within one business day after the dress is finished in the required time frame. delivery usually takes 3-5 days to most countries. However, we are not responsible for the carrier's delay. Buyer is responsible for any possible duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Processing time could be changed during Chinese holiday season

what is a rush order? What if I need the dress sooner than the time allowed having the dress made and sent to me?

We highly recommend that the dress of your choosing is purchased at least two months prior from the date you will need it. You have to allow extra time should there be any delays of any nature.We prefer that if you are in a rush to have a dress made to allow us at least 7 working business days and at least 3-5 days to have it shipped to you. In cases like these - the orders that are rushed there will be an extra charge of $15-$50 USD (per dress) not including the shipping and handling cost. We also reserve the right to refuse to make any dress that we feel that we can't complete within that time frame.

Can I send in a picture and have a dress custom made?

Yes. We can custom make the dress if you give us clear pictures showing both front and back. But the embellishment might be a little bit different from original design because we are not original manufacturer. Please be aware that the charge will be higher. I will need to contact our designers for quote. We reserve the right to not make certain dresses if we feel that we can't replicate the design. There will always be a slight difference between the original design and the one we replicate - we do our best to match it as closely as possible. Since we don't accept returns nor will we refund these custom made dresses we do strongly advise against you purchasing from us if you have the expectations that the dresses will be EXACTLY the same as the original. Instead we ask that you purchase it from the original designer.

Will the embellishment of the actual dress will be exactly same as the original design?

No. This is MADE TO ORDER dress. Which means we will be custom making this dress for you. We make high quality dress at affordable price according to the pictures. We will make it as close to as original design as possible and add our own designer’s idea to make the dress perfect. The embellishment, type of material, cut, color might be a little bit different in order to distinguished with the original picture. IF YOU ARE EXPECTING THE EXACTLY SAME EMBELLISHMENT, COLOR, CUT, AS THE ORIGINAL DESIGN, PLEASE DON'T BUY! INSTEAD WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TO MAKE PURCHASE FROM THE ORIGINAL DESIGNER.

Do you pay for the alterations, return shipping, shipping fee, or anything in that nature?

We do NOT pay for your alterations you will need to have made for any of the custom made outfits. We are not held responsible for any shipping delays therefore we will not refund any portion of the shipping and handling fee. If there are any returns that we agree upon we are not responsible for the return shipping fee. Please contact us at once when you got the dress if there is a problem on the dress.

Does the dress come with any accessories?

Such as gloves, veils, crinoline, tiara, shawl/wrap, purse? Unless it is noted in the auction, the dress will NOT come with any accessories.However, sometimes we do have these type items in our listings.

Can I order fabric?

We accept fabric orders in additional to a dress order. It will be charged an additional fee per yard. To place a fabric order, please contact a Customer Service representative for pricing and order instructions. Please be aware that fabric orders are not cut at the same time as the dress order and may be cut from a different bolt of material, which can result in dye lot variation.
