However, in the event you need to exchange an item, please email us at
service@eshopbuy.com within 2 days of receipt of your package. Our friendly staff of professionals will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. We feel privileged to be able to help you plan one of the most important days of your life!
The following is a list of non-exchange items:
Custom made dresses
Dresses that have been used, modified or altered in any way
Exchange Requirements:
Standard size dresses
All items must be unused and in saleable condition.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date.
Please contact us within 2 days after you received the dress, explain the reason to exchange and got our confirmation and the exchange code, and then send it to us.
Notice:
Customer will pay the shipping fees back and forth unless it is our error that ships the wrong dress or wrong size or other serious quality problems such as a hole in the dress and so on.
Unauthorized exchange may be refused and sent back to the customer.
The new exchanged dress will be sent out only after we received your returned dress. So we suggest you send the dress back to us within 2 weeks after you got our confirmation and the return code.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
