At eshopbuy.com, we strive to offer the best selection of quality wedding apparel and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event you need to return an item, please email us at service@eshopbuy.com within 2 days of receipt of your package. Our friendly staff of professionals will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

The following is a list of non-returnable items:

Custom made Bridal gowns and dresses

Products that have been modified or altered in any way

Discontinued and/or clearance sale items

Return Requirements:

Standard size dresses

All items must be unused and in saleable condition.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date.

Please contact us within 2 days after you received the dress, explain the reason to return and got our confirmation and the return code, and then send it to us.

Notice:

The shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our error that ships the wrong dress or wrong size or other serious quality problems such as a hole in the dress and so on.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.

The refund will be made only after we received your returned dress. So we suggest you send the dress back to us ASAP after you got our confirmation and the return code.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
