Refund process

If we do agree to accept a return at our discretion the rules are as follows:
  • Once you notify us your intent to return, please respond to all of our emails within 2 days. Otherwise, we have the rights not accept your return anymore.
  • Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee to our manufacturer.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS. All items must be in the original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
  • All returns must be received within 15 days after we agree to accept the return.
  • Refunds are given only after the return package is received.
